SCHOOL ENROLLMENT

Interested in registering your child? We would love for you to take a tour! Call us to schedule a time that is convenient for you.

School registration opens to our currently enrolled families first. We mail out their Enrollment Forms in November (for the following school year) and provide a window for them to enroll. If you are interested in our school, contact us as early as November and we will add your name to our mailing list. In January, we send out information packets to families on the mailing list and any new family that expresses interest.

We have many different options available for classes.  When you are ready to REGISTER your child, call and we will send out an Enrollment Form to fill out and return with the required deposit. A deposit of 10% of the annual total is due with your registration.  Call us for information regarding our current rates.

The number of spots for each age-level and length of day are filled on a first come, first served basis. Enrollment forms must be accompanied with a deposit in order to hold a spot. We cannot hold spots for enrollments without a deposit.

HOT LUNCH PROGRAM

At Twin Oaks, we offer a Hot Lunch Program to our students. This is at an additional cost. The lunch program is optional and you may choose to send in a packed lunch from home. The Lunch Program is not available to students who only attend 12:30 – 3:30 classes.

        • We strive to maintain a peanut-free/tree nut-free environment. We are able to accommodate many different dietary restrictions and needs. Call if you need to discuss this with us.

TRANSPORTATION

Twin Oaks provides door-to-door transportation for its students. This cost is included in the tuition. We can deduct for transportation should you decide to pick up and drop off daily. Please call for more information.
